Learn the essential project management skills you can begin using today. Lessons delivered in your PM Foundation class are designed to make you a better project leader, communicator, and influencer so that you can make your projects a success.
Want to revisit an important concept after the class has ended? Looking to reinforce a valuable concept you learned in class? Every class will be recorded and posted online for you to review at your own pace in the future.
Think of it as your personal coach to ensure your success as a successful Project Manager. You will have the option for two personal coaching sessions to review your progress at one-month and six-months after the class has concluded.
All concepts covered in your PM Foundation class will be clearly outlined in the included class guide. In addition, each class session will include multiple exercises, completed with your instructor, that will reinforce ideas and concepts.
Students will receive a formal class certificate following the completion of the PM Foundation class. All classes are officially recognized by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and include up to 24 PDU credits.
Similar to on-site classes, students will be encouraged to engage with the instructor. As an added bonus, all students will be allotted time for question and answer sessions before and after each class session.
All courses offered by PMTraining are instructed by PMI Registered Education Providers (R.E.P.s). All class activities offered in our classes have been assessed by PMI, and are preapproved for PDU credits. All classes in our PM Foundation class schedule include a certificate following class that can be redeemed at PMI.org.
